  As the nation’s first living-learning entrepreneurship program, Hinman CEOs is a groundbreaking program placing entrepreneurial-minded students from all academic disciplines in a unique community to explore new ventures.

  VA is a hands-on venture creation program which launches and accelerates the growth of early-stage companies based on University of Maryland innovations.

• Entrepreneurship Courses for undergraduate and graduate students.

• Technology Start-Up Boot Camp: an intensive one-day workshop and networking event about launching new ventures.

• University of Maryland $50K Business Plan Competition: now in its sixth year, the competition has historically awarded a total of $285,000 in prizes to faculty, students, and alumni to launch innovative new ventures. Companies active in the Competition have generated millions in revenues, grants and awards.
